Welcome to my blog on Digital Leadership. I have just started the Digital Leadership course run by Henley Business School, University of Reading on Future Learn. The course is eye-opening because it is about how to integrate and utilise digital technology to transform an organisation. This blog is dedicated to this subject.
My name is Kenneth Ukoh and I am delighted to launch
this blog to reflect, discuss and share what I have studied in this course
and to explore the subject further. What is digital leadership? How is a
digital leader different from a non-digital leader? What is the evidence to
show that a digital leader can transform an organisation better that a
non-digital leader? Can digital leadership be the benchmark for defining
leaders of the future? If that is the case what does a leader need to do to
become a digital leader? What are the skills needed to become a digital leader
and can such skills be learned? Who are the digital leaders of today? I am sure
these questions will be answered as the course progresses and I know more about
digital leadership.
I hope that this blog will be a virtual home that provides
some insight for all those who are interested in digital leadership and would
like to share their thoughts and reflect on what is going on in the world of
digital leadership. I will accomplish this by providing articles and reports
and sharing your insights and experiences. I also welcome the contribution of experts to shed more light on the subject.
